Happy hybrid
Hybrid working emerged out of necessity but quickly became the new standard. Still, many office workers are not satisfied with it. It is nice to work from home occasionally, focused and wearing pyjamas, but a lot gets lost in terms of collective interaction as well.
How can we integrate hybrid collaboration into the office? The film Happy Hybrid speculates about possible future scenarios for recognisable office situations, such as informal encounters in the hallway or spontaneous discussions before a meeting. What will this look like 30 years from now?
Without focusing on any specific technology, the film envisions spontaneous interactions within a team, which may soon be possible in a hybrid way. At the moment, the film scenarios are being translated into a pilot setup, commissioned by the Central Government Real Estate Agency.
