Vreemd-gaan met het Makerscollectief

Find out what maker power can do for the Ministry of Justice and Security.

Last 2 May, the Makers Collective introduced itself to the Ministry of Justice and Security (JenV) and partners at the Embassy of Safety and World Design Embassies. But of course, that was just the beginning: Makers want to make, and preferably with you!

So come to the follow-up event* on Tuesday afternoon 13 June to learn more about making and get started together.

Vreemd-gaan met het Makerscollectief

The Justice and Security Makers Collective is a collective of creative thinkers, enterprising designers and enthusiastic doers spread across the Ministry of Justice and Security and its implementing organisations. Together, they join forces to complement existing ways of working. They do this by focusing on the following principles: they work co-creatively, reflectively and with the end user at the centre.

In the coming period, the Makers Collective will draw attention to making power, with the theme Strange-going: a creative step towards success, where we make ‘forbidden connections’ and copy from others. Tuesday afternoon, 13 June, is dedicated to this theme. We will get to work together by strange-going, so you can experience what the value of maakkracht can be for you!

Programme:

12:00 – 13:00h – Networking lunch
13:00 – 16:00h – Workshop: Strange-going with the Maker Collective
16:00 – 17:00h – Plenary reflection and closing of the exhibition ‘In Makers We Trust’
17:00 – 18:30h – Networking drinks

* Were you not there last time? No problem! This event is a continuation of the previous one, but also takes into account newcomers!
