Ochis | Tsvit

Ochis (Kiev, Ukraine) makes sunglasses based on coffee grounds collected in the city. Blended with natural oils to create a new plant material that is waterproof, has a matte texture and retains the coffee scent for months. The newest line is called Tsvit (‘bloom’ in Ukrainian), a reference to the sunflower and other flowers that have a strong symbolic and folkloric value for the country.
