Limitless thinking

Parry is an artist, dancer and cook with Surinamese roots who has been living in the Netherlands for thirty years without a Dutch passport. He is homeless and learned to cook in his early childhood in Suriname from his grandmother. Now he cooks delicious Surinamese dishes for about a hundred people in a shelter, three days a week. He devised his own music notation system and together with his fellows from the Rainbow Soulclub he put his own song on canvas. For me, it shows the unsuspected power and scope of someone’s thinking. There is so much more to people than meets the eye. In the end, every person matters.
