The tower collects rainwater and redistributes it during periods of drought to the plants growing around the tower. These plants are crucial for creating a healthy environment for our little friends who, in turn, are crucial for a thriving ecology.
The shelter is a one of a kind 3D-printed clay tower. Babel utilizes ecological data in close collaboration with ecologists and other disciplines to understand and address the needs of diverse insects. This ensures that each Babel is unique and adapts to the environment and its (non-human) inhabitants.
