This is Overijssel #3: The future of circularity

In the programme series ‘This is Overijssel!’, Biobased Creations and Museum De Fundatie together with farmers, citizens, bankers, builders and policy makers investigate how we can think and act more biobased and circular on a regional level. Hosted by Lucas De Man (curator Embassy of Circular & Biobased Building), we will enter into dialogue with each other and with local experts. Creative pioneers will introduce us to a different view of our materials today and in the future. After the programme, there will be plenty of time to chat over a drink. Prior to the programme, we suggest you visit the Design by Nature exhibition in Museum De Fundatie and see for yourself what is possible when we design with nature.

Tuesday 21 September at 8 p.m. we will discuss the future of circularity. In a circular economy there is no such thing as ‘end products’ or waste. All the material around us can be used again in another object or be returned to the land. What is already happening in Overijssel and what are the challenges?
