Different setup of Embassy of Sustainable Design
In 2019 VanBerlo, in collaboration with DDF, presented the successful Embassy of Sustainable Design. Due to the recent developments of the corona virus and the impact on the 2020 Dutch Design Week event VanBerlo has decided upon a different setup of their program that focusses on a fully digital edition.
In October 2020, the activities of VanBerlo will take place within the Accenture Forward /program which will be integrated in the program of the Dutch Design Week 2020.
Forward / is a recurring virtual event that focusses on bringing together leading innovators and influencers to celebrate innovation, ignite inspiring conversations and drive collaboration to create breakthrough innovations.
Since this event setup is new to all of us, we’re exploring our online opportunities and fresh event formats to host meaningful networking sessions, true innovation experiences, engaging interactions, and inspirational sessions with experts. To pursue our theme of “Responsible Design”, we will present and discuss cases on Food/Packaging, Mobility, Smart & Connected Products and New Materials.
At the moment we’re working on the details of the program and possible partnerships. Make sure to check back in with us in October.
