In this DDW TV programme, we examine the future of the Netherlands and the role that design plays in it. Transition expert Jan Rotmans, DDW ambassador Floris Alkemade, Chief Government Architect Francesco Veenstra and social designer Nicky Liebregts have been invited.
In the first part, Rotmans and Alkemade will discuss their visions of the future of the Netherlands with moderator Mirthe Frese. In the second part, Veenstra and Liebregts will tell how they are working on the future of the Netherlands in concrete terms and will talk to moderator Frese about how, as a designer, you can make complex issues tangible and understandable, and how you can offer people a perspective for taking action. And how you can offer people a perspective on how to act.
