Emma Melki and Mathilde Cérès study at the Food Design Lab of the Nantes Atlantique Design school in France. They investigated the acceptance by the French consumer of breadsticks based on insect meal, and the role that packaging plays in this. This as part of a project in collaboration with the University of Nantes and TU Delft.
