Ecole Design Nantes Atlantique & Malakio | Seashell Circularity
Food Design Lab students from Ecole Design Nantes Atlantique (France) explored the possibilities of reusing mollusc shells for human consumption. They looked at the whole cycle, from growers, through markets to restaurants. They also took into account the ecosystem and the life cycle of the shellfish and looked for ways to keep the circular applications as local as possible.
