Public values; are they central to digital care?

Technology has become an integral part of our healthcare system; used for both diagnosis and
treatments in hospitals. At home we are also using increasingly more technology to measure and monitor our health and receive (medical) advice. As with all technologies we need to ask ourselves whether the interests of the public are the main priority or do commercial interests take precedence? How can we as a society test this? Which public values do we consider important and how do we safeguard them? On the basis of the controversial corona-app we will discuss this with our guests.
